Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return Timeframe: You have 3 Days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

  • Exchange Options: We currently offer exchanges for items of the same value if they are received in a damaged or defective state.

  • Damaged/Defective Products: Please contact us at optimax2323@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.

  • Non-returnable Items: Certain items, such as personal care goods or perishable products, cannot be returned.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product was defective.
